Spaces, an existing tenant at the property, now occupies the first, second, and third floors of Building 400, with the first floor opening up to the soon-to-be-completed Plaza at Colony Square.

“While the future remains uncertain, our team at Spaces is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals by offering adaptable workspaces as needs change,” Jane Kropf, area vice president at IWG, Spaces’ parent company, said in a press release Thursday.

“We are excited to unveil our new flagship Midtown location, welcome back our valued members, and introduce the concept to individuals looking to redefine their office environment.”

The 43,000-square-foot space features several common area amenities for members, including areas on the first floor for tenants to gather and commune, a rooftop balcony overlooking Peachtree Street, and outdoor seating.

Colony Square in early-May reopened and started making preparations for the return of its tenants.

On May 4, NAP debuted its COVID-19 response program Better Together at Colony Square in preparation of its office tenants returning to work

Better Together deploys initiatives to create a safe workplace, including a new Elevator Concierge program to welcome office tenants back and navigate the “new normal,” as well as a $280,000 investment in UVC lighting to purify and destroy airborne bio-contaminants.

In addition to Spaces, Colony Square will soon welcome AYA Medical Spa, Brown Bag Seafood Co., Holeman and Finch, Rumi’s Kitchen, American Barber Shop, and IPIC.

Upon completion, Colony Square will be home to 160,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space, 940,000 square feet of office space, a 466-room W Hotel and 262 upscale residences.
