26 Thai Restaurant and Bar is one of several dining tenants recently announced for Medley, an upcoming 43-acre mixed-use destination.
Niki Pattharatkositkul started 26 Thai in 2016, serving authentic cuisine with fresh ingredients and unique handcrafted cocktails. The flagship location opened in the Lindbergh neighborhood before the brand began to grow around metro Atlanta.
The concept now has additional full-service locations in Midtown, Brookhaven and Dunwoody, as well as counter-service locations at Ph’East Hall at Truist Park, Politan Row at Ashford Lane and Politan Row at Colony Square.
Other restaurant and retail concepts recently announced for Medley are Five Daughters Bakery, Drybar, Minnie Olivia, Burdlife, Amorino, Pause, Fogón and Lions, and Clean Your Dirty Face. The additions join several previously announced tenants.
Toro Development Company acquired the site in March. The project is set to break ground later this year, with the first phase opening expected in Q3 2026. The first phase will include approximately 180,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space; 108,000 square feet of lifestyle office space; 340 multifamily residences; 133 townhomes; and a plaza.
The development is now more than 50 percent leased, according to the announcement.
“We have seen insatiable demand from new-to-market and chef-driven concepts who believe in our vision for Medley and are committed to creating something special for the Johns Creek community,” said TDC’s Vice President of Leasing Kimberly Goetz. “Our carefully curated tenant mix will deliver a ‘Third Place’ experience that brings people together, and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum.”
Medley is located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road.
