Fogón and Lions is set to join Medley, an upcoming 43-acre mixed-use development in Johns Creek. The restaurant features an open cooking space and a menu of steak, seafood, ceviche, cheeses and more.
Fogón and Lions first opened in Alpharetta in 2022 at 10 Roswell Street. The concept from Chef Julio Delgado is right next to his other restaurant, Italian eatery Minnie Olivia, which is also joining the Medley development.
In addition to being the founder of Concept 2 Table Hospitality Group, Delgado was previously the executive chef at JP Atlanta, The Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Atlanta, and Chateau Elan Winery & Resort.
Other restaurant and retail concepts recently announced for Medley are 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Five Daughters Bakery, Drybar, Burdlife, Amorino, Pause, and Clean Your Dirty Face. The additions join several previously announced tenants.
Toro Development Company acquired the site in March. The project is set to break ground later this year, with the first phase opening expected in Q3 2026. The first phase will include approximately 180,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space; 108,000 square feet of lifestyle office space; 340 multifamily residences; 133 townhomes; and a plaza.
The development is now more than 50 percent leased, according to the announcement.
“We have seen insatiable demand from new-to-market and chef-driven concepts who believe in our vision for Medley and are committed to creating something special for the Johns Creek community,” said TDC’s Vice President of Leasing Kimberly Goetz. “Our carefully curated tenant mix will deliver a ‘Third Place’ experience that brings people together, and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum.”
Medley is located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road.
