Clean Your Dirty Face is one of several recently announced tenants for Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use development.

Clean Your Dirty Face is a facial bar franchise offering 30-minute facials with optional enhancements and upgrades, aiming for efficiency, effectiveness and education with personalized, professional skin care. Memberships are available for those interested in regular facial tune-ups and relaxation.

The company was founded in Chicago in 2015 and can now be found in 12 states across the U.S. There are currently locations in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Roswell and Savannah.

Other restaurant and retail concepts recently announced for Medley are 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Five Daughters Bakery, Drybar, Minnie Olivia, Burdlife, Amorino, Pause and Fogón and Lions. The additions join several previously announced tenants.

Toro Development Company acquired the site in March. The project is set to break ground later this year, with the first phase opening expected in Q3 2026. The first phase will include approximately 180,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space; 108,000 square feet of lifestyle office space; 340 multifamily residences; 133 townhomes; and a plaza.

The development is now more than 50 percent leased, according to the announcement.

“We have seen insatiable demand from new-to-market and chef-driven concepts who believe in our vision for Medley and are committed to creating something special for the Johns Creek community,” said TDC’s Vice President of Leasing Kimberly Goetz. “Our carefully curated tenant mix will deliver a ‘Third Place’ experience that brings people together, and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum.”

Medley is located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road.
