Florida-based AD1 Global sold Hampton Inn Atlanta-North Druid Hills to Georgia-based Skyland Trail for an undisclosed price, Hunter Hotel Advisors has announced.

The 111-key property is located at 1975 N Druid Hills Road.

Skyland Trail is an Atlanta-based mental-health treatment organization. The nonprofit sought to acquire the Hampton Inn with the intention of expanding its current main campus, according to an announcement.

“We appreciate all the partners that helped make this acquisition possible,” said Skyland Trail President and CEO Beth Finnerty. “This campus expansion will help us improve efficiency and expand our mental health treatment services.”

Hunter’s Teague Hunter, president and CEO, Jatin Patel, senior vice president, and Shamir Patel, senior vice president, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

“As a proud resident of Brookhaven for over 10 years, I am deeply honored to have assisted Skyland Trail with the acquisition of the Hampton Inn Atlanta-North Druid Hills,” Jatin Patel said. “It is a privilege to be able to support their mission of fostering growth and well-being, and I’m looking forward to seeing the positive impact they will bring to our community.”
