Spaces at Colony Square, a New Flexible Workspace, Open Today

The Netherlands-based WeWork competitor will continue buildout of shared workspaces.

Spaces at Colony Square is officially open for business today.

Announced in November 2017, the Netherlands-based WeWork competitor now offers office rentals on the third floor of Colony Square’s Building 400.

Single office spaces are available from $419 per month with a 12-month agreement.

According to local company representatives in a phone call with What Now Atlanta today, the flexible workspaces available through membership will open in 10 months.

These shared spaces will be located on the first and second floors of Colony Square which are currently undergoing major construction and renovation. Spaces has four other Atlanta area locations, including offices in “East Midtown,” Perimeter, the Battery and in Alpharetta at Avalon.

Spaces is a coworking office space rental company from Amsterdam, similar in concept to WeWork which also has space in Colony Square. Customers may rent office space or join a business club-style membership program that allows them to work in any Spaces coworking space around the world.

  1. Why is Spaces considering the corner of 3rd and Peachtree East Midtown? Why is the term East Midtown even being used?
