Paces Properties, the Grant Park project’s developer, Tuesday announced the news in a press release.

Rob and Angie Zimmerman are the franchisees opening the concept that rents individual spaces to beauty professionals.

The brand will encompass 6,240 square feet of second-floor retail space with 33 salon service oriented suites.

“Larkin on Memorial is all about serving the day-to-day needs of its neighbors and My Salon Suite is the perfect service driven complement,” Merritt Lancaster, a principal at Paces, said in the release.

“We are looking forward to welcoming hairstylists, cosmetologists, estheticians and more to find a space in the Grant Park neighborhood they can call home.”

This new location will be the Zimmerman’s second Atlanta outpost and a My Salon Suite “Elite” location. The first opened earlier this year in Cumberland.

The private suites boast “high-end” luxury amenities and “top-of-the-line” salon equipment for different specialties of health and beauty professionals, ranging from hair stylists to contemporary men’s grooming/barbers, massage therapists, spa professionals and skin treatment experts.

Larkin on Memorial continues to seek additional tenants for “neighborhood essentials” including boutique fitness, restaurant, office, medical, and soft goods retailers.
