The meeting is set for Tuesday, September 3 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m, at 3035 Peachtree Road in suite B200 of The Shops Buckhead Atlanta (corner of Buckhead Avenue and Peachtree Road).
Anyone can attend and tickets can be reserved here.
It will be the second town hall of its kind.
Jamestown held its first meeting on July 23 where more than 200 Atlantans were in attendance, according to a company spokesperson.
“The aggregate feedback from the series of town halls will help guide the plan for the property’s future,” they said.
Insights gleaned from the first town hall have not yet been made public.
The Shops Buckhead Atlanta includes 356,000 square feet of retail and office space, with two development parcels totaling 2.7 acres.
Built-in 2014, and situated across six blocks of Buckhead, the property is home to brands such as Hermès, Spanx’s Global Headquarters, health and wellness studios and a variety of dining options.
Jamestown, most known locally for developing Ponce City Market and Westside Provisions District, also owns Fourth Street in Berkeley, CA, The San Luis Obispo Collection in San Luis Obispo, CA, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, CA.

They should worry about making it bulletproof – how many shootings have taken place there over the past year? Hopefully this stops in 2022 when Buckhead finally breaks away, forms its own police and institutes its own laws, ordinances and codes.
