Home Park in Atlanta and Lithonia are where the new restaurants are headed.

Space formerly occupied by Bobby and June’s Kountry Kitchen, which has sat vacant for the better part of a decade, has already almost completely been converted into Spice House.

But construction to the Selig-owned standalone building, at 375 14th Street NW, is not complete.

Owner and Executive Chef Leno Joseph on Tuesday filed a permit with the City of Atlanta for a few final construction needs including installing a grease trap.

Furniture and fixtures were delivered to the forthcoming Home Park Spice House last week, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.

It’s unclear when the new restaurant will open its doors.

Joseph, when reached by What Now Atlanta over the telephone Tuesday, did not immediately comment.

Spice House Lithonia does have an opening date, however.

That outpost, at 2617 Panola Road, will debut October 1, according to a post to the restaurant’s Facebook page.
