The menu from Chef Deallo Frazier will include lobster mac and cheese, three kinds of lobster rolls, shrimp and grits, loaded seafood nachos, a shrimp burger, and an entree of blackened salmon with rice.

This is Frazier’s first time opening his own restaurant, but he has nearly 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Frazier, who was in the military and also graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta for culinary management and culinary arts, said he’s most excited to have his own concept and see people enjoying the cuisines he’s created.

“It’s overall an exciting experience,” he told What Now Atlanta.

Located on Moreland Avenue, the art deco-inspired Halidom Eatery is slated to open this spring. It will include indoor seating for 320 guests, outdoor seating for 123 guests and an upscale bar. There will also be a private event space and a two-acre outdoor green space.
