Workspace provider Industrious this week announced it will be partnering with real estate investment firms Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc., CBRE Investment Management, and Dilweg to open three new flexible workspaces across Atlanta. The new locations will increase Industrious’ presence in the metro Atlanta region from six to nine flexible workspaces.
Recently opening its doors, 101 Marietta Street is the latest Industrious location in Atlanta and comes in partnership with Dilweg. The 101 Marietta Street location features 272 total seats with over 14 private offices, constituting 20,000 total square feet of space. 101 Marietta Street will mark the ninth Industrious in Atlanta.
“Downtown Atlanta is a strategic place to put roots right now with Centennial Yards in the pipeline and now the arrival of Industrious at 101 Marietta Street,” Jerry Banks, managing director of asset management for Dilweg, said. “The momentum in Downtown Atlanta will only continue to grow, and we are excited to welcome Industrious to the district.”
In partnership with Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc., Industrious will utilize the 999 Peachtree location for its flexible workspace offering. The space at 999 Peachtree will span across nearly 50,000 square feet and feature 699 total seats with over 116 private offices. The space was previously home to a third-party flexible workspace operator. The 999 Peachtree location is slated to open in late March 2022.

The Industrious location at The Collective at Concourse follows several other flexible workspaces launched in partnership with leading real assets investment manager CBRE Investment Management, which owns The Collective at Concourse on behalf of the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 8 fund. This location will feature 433 total seats with over 85 private offices within its 38,000-square-foot office space. The workspace at The Collective at Concourse is slated to open in April 2022.
