Atlanta Leasing & Investment and Unreal Capital are planning to renovate a retail building at 1191 Memorial Drive, Urbanize Atlanta first reported.

The 0.5-acre site in Edgewood is located near the intersection of Memorial Drive and Moreland Avenue.

After this year’s planned renovation and an expansion of the parking lot, the property will be about 5,450 square feet, with dividable tenant spaces between 1,450 and 3,000 square feet. The scope of work also includes landscape enhancement.

Tenants are being sought for the spaces, with marketing materials advertising a “Rare opportunity to secure a standalone retail space in the highly sought after Reynoldstown neighborhood.”
