Co-working company Industrious Monday announced in a press release it will open a new flexible workplace at 101 Marietta Street downtown. The new location will span more than 20,000 square feet on the 31st floor of the recently renovated Class A building, expanding Industrious’ greater Atlanta workplace network to seven locations.
The space was previously occupied by rival WeWork which had leased a whopping 100,000 square feet in the downtown tower ahead of terminating its lease earlier this year. It’s unclear if the remaining 80,000 square feet left behind by WeWork has been leased.
Dubbed Industrious Downtown — 101 Marietta Street, the new co-working facility is slated to open December 2021 steps from Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Industrious Downtown — 101 Marietta Street will feature private offices and shared workspaces for individuals and teams of various sizes, conference rooms, a cafe and multiple lounge areas, and more. Members are also afforded access to 101 Marietta Street’s onsite amenities including a fitness center with locker rooms, parking deck, a tenant lounge, and more. Originally built in 1975, 101 Marietta is also known as Centennial Tower. Under Dilweg, 101 Marietta underwent major renovations featuring a lobby with a life-size video wall, new seating and meeting areas, and an all-new modern look and feel. The project also included a revitalized fitness center with all new equipment, a brand new conference, and training facility that can seat up to 50 people, and “The Hub” offering lounge, meeting, and gaming areas for tenants and their employees.
