Patagonia will open as part of the Stove Works development. Patagonia is one of five newly-announced tenants Developer Asana Partners is bringing to its “Krog District” — which includes Krog Street Market, SPX Alley, and of course, Stove Works.

Asana Partners acquired the real estate over the past few years and has been busy integrating each siloed project into a collective, of sorts, all connected by the BeltLine.

Joining Patagonia will be:

  • Outdoor Voices: an active lifestyle brand that believes in “freeing fitness from performance and embrace activity with ease, humor, and delight.”
  • Heyday: a one-stop skincare shop with routines and facials crafted by “experts who believe in healthy habits, not quick fixes.”
  • Restore Hyper Wellness: Restore delivers health modalities, such as IV drips and cryotherapy.
  • Specialized Bicycles: A bikes and equipment retailer that “make your ride better.”

“They’re not brands you would find in a mall or a typical shopping center,” Katie Grissom, managing director for Asana, told Atlanta Magazine. “They all add something different to the area that was missing.”
