With over 20 years of experience in the flexible office sector, WorkSuites operates 21 locations throughout Dallas and Houston. The company’s two newest locations in Georgia will bring the company’s total portfolio to 23 locations, according to the announcement.

Dale Lewis and Kush Mirani of CBRE in Atlanta, along with John Pelletier and Austin Studebaker of Cresa, represented WorkSuites in its expansion. Porter Henritze, Caroline Nolen, and Andy Sumlin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord at Pennant Park while Heather Lamb and Jessica Doyle of Colliers International represented the landlord at Preston Ridge II.

“After over 20 years of doing business in Texas, we are very excited to enter a new out-of-state market,” Flip Howard, founder and CEO of WorkSuites, said in a prepared statement. “The Atlanta metro area was an obvious choice for us because of its similarities to the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Both of our new locations are in growing communities with great schools, and we think they will be perfect places to attract new customers.”

WorkSuites’ new locations will feature hundreds of private offices, collaborative co-working areas, meeting and board rooms, virtual services, free parking, outdoor workspaces, full-service kitchen stocked with beverages and snacks, and the latest IT infrastructure.

The Alpharetta location is expected to open in 2022 with the Atlanta location opening its doors in early 2023. WorkSuites says it expects to add two other spaces in the Atlanta region by the end of next year.
