The growing fitness concept will soon buildout a 5,100-square-foot studio in the Arium Westside Apartments, in suite 1600 fronting 11th Street.

“We’re so excited about it,” Missy Mostrom, Vesta co-founder and kickboxing instructor, Tuesday told What Now Atlanta in a telephone interview.

“We love the area and its proximity to Lululemon is a plus.”

Mostrom, a “Lululemon Ambassador,” creates partnerships between Vesta and the athletic apparel retailer on community events and will “organize things on that side of town.”

Vesta West Midtown will look and feel similar to the original location, at 774 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, but with a single-floor design and expanded programming.

For example, the new space will offer showers and additional equipment for strength training.

“The kickboxing room will have a better layout and a few more bags, but will still feel intimate.”

Award-winning tattoo artist Stenvik Mostrom will paint murals at the forthcoming Vesta and is responsible for designing the company’s merchandise and apparel.

The buildout on the new Vesta could take eight weeks once permits are issued, putting the grand opening around September 2018—one month shy of the company’s three year anniversary.

Parking will be available in the apartment community’s garage as well as on the street.

For new customers, the first class is free.

“Big incentives” for kickboxers who sign up before the new location opens will be available on the company’s website.

“Come in, take a class on Ponce, and get in on the ground floor before we open the new location.”

More Vesta locations could start popping up around the country, according to Mostrom.

The company’s “three-year plan” is to expand nationally.

“We’ve called it a ‘movement’ for a reason and Vesta deserves to be shared outside of Atlanta. We’ve seen so many lives touched. I’ve had a total transformation myself and now I get to see it in other people every day.”

Cities like Portland, Denver, Austin, Miami, and New York are at the top of the list for future locations.
