The frozen treat franchise will be located at 1042 Northside Drive NW. It appears that the store will be located at The Interlock Tower, part of the second phase of The Interlock, a mixed-use destination in West Midtown.

The team behind this location is husband-and-wife duo Corenza and Devona Morris, also the owners of the Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Smyrna at 4585 South Cobb Drive, which opened in 2021. The Smyrna outpost was the brand’s first location in the Atlanta area.

Devona Morris told What Now Atlanta that the new West Midtown location is tentatively expected to open this summer.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice first began in 1996 and started franchising in 2019. The menu, which boasts more than 40 flavors, includes the signature Gelati, layers of Italian ice mixed with swirls of ice cream.

There are about a dozen locations of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Georgia, including in Alpharetta, Decatur and Suwanee.

[Editor’s Note: This story has been updated to reflect that Jeremiah’s Italian Ice appears to be part of The Interlock Phase II.]
