The new community features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with 10 percent of the homes designated as affordable housing.

Crescent Communities has celebrated the opening of NOVEL West Midtown, a new multifamily community with 340 rental units.

NOVEL West Midtown, located at 1330 Fairmont Avenue NW, features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with 10 percent of homes designated as affordable housing. The interiors have earthy palettes, biophilic touches and natural textures, according to a press release announcing the opening.

Amenities include a fitness center, a resident club room, a game area with a pool table, a spacious coworking lounge with private offices and conference rooms, and more.

NOVEL West Midtown offers a world of possibilities in one of Atlanta’s most covetable zip codes, and we look forward to seeing this community thrive here.”

Design and construction partners for NOVEL West Midtown include Dwell Design StudioKimley-HornDix.Hite+PartnersCID Design Group, and Juneau Construction Company

NOVEL West Midtown is the seventh multifamily community by Crescent Communities in the greater Atlanta market. Crescent Communities recently sold NOVEL Midtown to Goldrich Kest.
