Construction is expected to begin in fall 2019.

It will sit adjacent a 250,000-square-foot glass-clad office tower, designed by HKS, being developed by Greenstone Properties.

Novel Midtown will offer 338 apartment units across 14 floors and 360,000 square feet overlooking the downtown connector, at 1150 Spring Street NW.

Units will be available in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations.

There will be 15,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and a Plaza level will feature amenities like a ride-share lounge, fitness center, and resident coffee bar.

Novel Midtown’s cherry on top will be a Skydeck with “sweeping urban views” and indoor/outdoor space, according to marketing materials for the residential highrise.

It will sit atop podium parking with 814 spaces shared with Greenstone.

Project delivery is anticipated by fall 2021, a company spokesperson in an email told What Now Atlanta.

Crescent Communities launched the Novel brand locally with Novel Perimeter.

The developer’s Novel O4W project is currently under construction and will feature a new coffee house and co-working concept from Land of a Thousand Hills called LTH Coffee and Social.
