The new coffee shop and co-working company will be housed in Novel O4W, a planned Crescent Communities development, at 525 North Avenue NE.

LTH Coffee and Social will offer sandwiches and pastries, craft beers and cocktails in the afternoons, private co-working spaces available to rent, and a communal table for gathering and neighborhood events.

It will be the tenth coffee house for the Roswell-based Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee.

Once it opens its doors this fall, LTH Coffee and Social will encompass over 2,000 square feet of retail space in the lobby and mezzanine at Novel O4W.

Jonathan D. Golden founded the company in 2008.

“We are excited to partner with Crescent Communities to bring our mission to Craft Beautiful Coffee, Create Purposeful Work and Cultivate Flourishing Communities to Novel O4W,” Golden Thursday said in a press release.

“LTH Coffee and Social is a new concept from Land of a Thousand Hills that will be a central part of the surrounding community. We want to encourage individuals to come together over a cup of coffee, a game, a pint or a conversation. LTH Coffee and Social will be the ultimate meeting place in the Old Fourth Ward.”

LTH Coffee and Social will initially be open seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with later hours eventually added.

Upon completion, Novel O4W will consist of 233 apartments featuring studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

Amenities include a saltwater pool, 2,000-square-foot fitness center and yoga studio, dog park and pet wash area, private offices, outdoor roof-deck, and outdoor yoga lawn.

It is one of four communities from Crescent Communities that are under construction or in “lease-up” in the Atlanta market, totaling more than 1,200 residences.
