NOMIA, a new apartment community from Greystar, is now available to lease. The 281-unit high-rise at 17th and Peachtree streets offers a variety of 1- to 3-bedroom layouts, as well as penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Midtown.

“This much-anticipated crown jewel of Midtown will soon be a retreat for those who choose to call NOMIA their home,” Greystar Managing Director John Roberson said in the press release. “The epitome of modern urban lifestyle, residents will experience elegance, convenience and innovation right at their front door. We look forward to the coming celebrations and memories being made as we welcome our first residents.”

In the center of Midtown’s art district, residents will have access to the High Museum, MODA and Woodruff Arts Center, according to the press release. NOMIA also has direct access to the Georgia Institute of Technology campus and companies such as Google, Norfolk Southern, AT&T and Coca-Cola.

NOMIA will have a variety of programming and services available for residents, including a full-service concierge, a Serenity Spa treatment room, a rooftop pool, TULU luxury vending service and wine tasting.

Smart living is integrated throughout the community with keyless access to units, EV chargers in the structured parking deck, smart thermostats and building Wi-Fi. 

According to the NOMIA website, rent starts at $1,670.

The apartment community will be open this fall. NOMIA’s temporary leasing office is located at 1372 Peachtree St NE.
