“Our crown jewel is now brimming with energy as we welcome our first wave of residents,” said John Roberson, managing director at Greystar. “There is an unwavering demand for high-quality and modern residences with superior amenities in Midtown, especially as companies continuously choose to invest here. We’re already enjoying seeing the various shared spaces and amenities in use, and look forward to even more vibrancy when we announce our ground-floor restaurant.”
