Fish Bowl Poke, Dua Vietnamese Now Open In Shared 77 12th Street Space

It's the sixth and fifth location for the poke and pho restaurants respectively.

The poke and pho restaurants are sharing a 2,622-square-foot space in the retail portion of the Midtown highrise at the northwest corner of the intersection of 12th Street and Crescent Avenue.

It’s the restaurants’ sixth and fifth locations respectively.

Fish Bowl Poké offers Hawaiian poké made using sustainably sourced fish, according to a press release Monday.

The new 12th Street location will provide a lunch and dinner option specific to the Midtown area.

The Midtown-specific menu has not been disclosed.

Mylinh Cao, the owner of Dua Vietnamese, which got its start downtown near Georgia State University, is also the owner of Fish Bowl Poké.

Steve Gunning, senior vice president in SRS’ Atlanta office represented Coa in the transaction.

The landlord was represented by Shirley Gouffon with Selig Enterprises.

Salon Lofts recently opened at 77 12th Street and neighboring restaurant Tabla is planning an expansion into adjacent space.
