Salon Lofts is expanding to Midtown.
The concept that rents space to independent beauty professionals will open its newest location in the 77 12th building of the 12th and Midtown development, according to permits filed with the City of Atlanta Wednesday.
Barry Yoder, the Superintendent overseeing the project, Thursday confirmed the news in an email to What Now Atlanta. The location is also already listed on the company’s website.
Salon Lofts will occupy suites 4 and 5 of the apartment highrise, Yoder said. The suites are sandwiched between the 77 12th resident entrance and Princi Italia.
An estimated $250,000 will be spent building out the 4,061-square-foot space.
Salon Lofts has a nearby location in the Ansley Square Shopping Center.
