Selig Files Plans For Italian Restaurant at 12th and Midtown

Princi Italia moving forward with plans for first Atlanta location.

The large empty corner restaurant space in Midtown's 77 12th Street apartments at the 12th & Midtown development won't sit dark much longer.

Princi Italia is moving forward with plans to open in the space previously announced to be a Taco Diner (the Mexico City-style taqueria was already knee-deep in the permitting process.)

Selig Enterprises Inc.,  the project's developer, Friday submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta for the Dallas-based Italian restaurant's buildout.

An estimated $550,000 will be spent readying the commercial space at the residential high rise for the new restaurant, according to the application.
