Midtown’s Tabla Looking To Expand Into Adjacent Space

Tabla is in the permitting process to nearly double in size but a manager for the Indian restaurant told What Now Atlanta (WNA) the plans aren’t final.

According to the official filing with the City of Atlanta, Tabla would expand into an adjacent, vacant space, situated between the existing restaurant and the entrance to the 77 12th apartment complex.

An estimated $150,000 would be spent building out the 1,610-square-foot addition.

Owner Sandeep Kothary—also the owner the newish Amara Indian eatery in Inman Park—has not responded to WNA’s request for comment.
