The gelateria, known for its rose-sculpted scoops, has a kiosk in Lenox Square Mall.
Paris-based Amorino, the gelato and sorbet purveyor known of its rose-sculpted scoops, is set to open its first Georgia brick-and-mortar location, according to a press release Tuesday.
The Amorino storefront will be situated in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta; a kiosk opened late-2016 down the street in Lenox Square Mall.
“If ever there was a luxury gelato product, Amorino’s treats would certainly qualify – their rose shaped gelato is every bit as delicious as it is beautiful,” Anneliese Reid, marketing manager for The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, said in the release.
“We are thrilled to be bringing such a top-notch dessert concept to add to our compelling mix of shops and restaurants.”
Amorino uses the "highest quality of ingredients" including free-range organic eggs, whole fruit purees and "high-grade" whole milk from France.
Popular all-natural flavors include Stracciatella, Tiramisu, Pistachio Verde di Bronte, and Mango Alfonso d’India. Additionally, there will be gluten-free flavors and cones, as well as certified vegan options.
Guests can choose as many flavors as they want per order, which Amorino’s gelato artists will then scoop into petal shapes and present guests with an edible rose.
Amorino will offer a variety of other treats like shakes, Italian cafe pastries, chocolates and gelato-filled macarons.
Amorino will be located in Center Plaza, between ATTOM and Tod’s in the luxury Buckhead mixed-use development.
The Shops Buckhead Atlanta is home to boutiques such as Dior, Hermès and Jimmy Choo, to Akris, Brunello Cucinelli, NARS, Tom Ford and more, as well as dining options like the Southern Gentleman, American Cut and Le Bilboquet.
Amorino was created in 2002 and has opened almost 200 stores around the world including Paris, Milan and New York.
