The yoga studio opened its doors this week to the public and will host an official grand opening event on Saturday, September 14.
Two classes, at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., will be held for free as part of the opening day festivities, followed by treats from Henri’s Bakery, refreshments from Steady Hand Beer Co., and raffles and giveaways from other stores in the surrounding Upper Westside community such as The Refinery, Clean Juice, and Lululemon.
Yonder Yoga offers structured, movement-inspired classes, sequenced to music.
“Based off of Vinyasa-style yoga, classes will be fast-paced and allow students to move to the rhythm of their breath,” Selby Hill, founder and managing partner on the yoga studio, in an email told What Now Atlanta.
“With almost 30 teachers on its team, every class will be different, original and inspired by the personality and values of its teacher.”
The studio room accommodates over 45 students and is heated between 90 and 93 degrees with 60 percent humidity.
Yonder Yoga’s amenities include full men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with showers, free mat rentals, a lounge area, grab-and-go food and beverage sales, and a retail boutique with yoga and lifestyle brands including Alo, Rhone, Avocado, Free People, Liforme, Manduka, Yoloha, and more.
