Aso Rock Market is planned for 3255 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, according to a Gwinnett County building permit application. The space for the store is 6,012 square feet.

Aso Rock Market is a grocery store specializing in African goods, with several locations in Texas. At the time of this publication, the company website was undergoing maintenance, but the brand’s Instagram page says the store offers “a wide selection of authentic African food products, meat, pastries & ready to eat meals.”

Ownership for the store couldn’t immediately be reached. According to the Suwanee Crossroads Shopping Center website, Aso Rock Market is “coming soon.” The market would be in a building with Dollar Tree, Top Crawfish, a beauty salon and other food and retail tenants. A Walmart is also located at the property. The Suwanee Crossroads Shopping Center is northeast of Atlanta.

Aso Rock Market Atlanta LLC was formed in June 2022, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
