Atlanta BeltLine Inc. is finalizing a master plan for a 60-acre site at Chappell Road and Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

Nearly 3,300 residential units and 123,000 square feet of commercial space could be in the cards for the development. The site is located near the Bankhead MARTA station, along a segment of the Westside Trail that’s expected to debut in summer 2025, according to the news outlet.

The project could include a mixed-use building anchored by a big-box retailer or grocer.

The Bankhead neighborhood could be seeing a lot of development in the coming years; real estate firm Allen Morris Company is planning a residential-focused mixed-use project at 1060 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.
