The new location owned and operated by Holiday Management LLC will offer both drive-thru and dine-in service at 5280 Matt Hwy.

“We are excited to launch this Zaxby’s restaurant in the brand new Matt Town Center community,” Danny Bart, a co-owner of Holiday Management LLC, said in a news release. “Our new Zaxby’s is more than a dining destination. We look forward to creating memorable experiences for our guests, fostering employment opportunities, and engaging with the local Cumming community through partnerships and sports initiatives.”

The newly built 3,825-square-foot Zaxby’s has a modern farmhouse-style architecture, with a seating capacity of up to 70 guests. The restaurant features a double drive-thru layout with an overhanging canopy.

Zaxby’s is known for chicken fingers and wings tossed in a variety of sauces. The restaurant recently brought back the fan-favorite Asian Zensation Zalad and hand-rolled Egg Rolls for a limited time.

Zaxby’s is headquartered in Athens, Georgia. Founded in 1990, the brand has grown to more than 930 locations in 17 states.
