The Florida-based fast-casual concept known for its Hawaiian-style build-your-own poké bowls will open in Buford on May 6, 2024. This will be the second location in Georgia (the first is in Peachtree City) and the 23rd location in the U.S.
The location comes from franchisees Todd and Ruth Gould.
Guests can get a preview of the Island Fin offerings with free customizable poké bowls on May 4, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. ahead of the grand opening.
“We’re so excited to open our second store and 23rd location in the beautiful town of Buford, Georgia,” said Island Fin Poké Co. CEO and founder Mark Setterington. “By adding poké to Buford’s dining scene, we are expecting a big welcome from the community on our grand opening day. Also, I am excited that Todd and Ruth are joining our growing Ohana.”
The menu includes chicken, tofu and spam protein options, aside from the traditional fish options of fresh tuna, salmon, shrimp and octopus. A variety of mix-ins, toppings and sauces are available for customization.
The Buford restaurant will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for lunch, dinner or takeout. The restaurant also provides online ordering through the Island Fin Poké Co. app.
