Halpern Enterprises has completed development of The Shops at Belmont, at 1080 Windy Hill Road SE.
The 47,593-square-foot neighborhood retail center is part of the 48-acre Belmont mixed-use district also developed by Halpern.
Your Pie, which specializes in customizable pizzas and paninis, is the latest tenant announced for Phase II of the development.
Its anticipated opening day is May 28, 2019, joining F45 Training and Real Subs Café & Deli.
Phase I opened in 2016.
Tenants include Creatwood Tavern, Dakotas, Cielo Mexican Grill, N’Style Barber Shop, Hearing Solutions, Sprint and J. Christopher’s.
In addition to restaurants and retail, the Belmont mixed-use development includes Belmont Physicians Center, a 30,000-square-foot medical office building anchored by Emory Healthcare; Village of Belmont single-family residential community by David Weekley Homes; 400 Belmont 274-unit luxury apartment complex; and Smyrna Elementary School.
The Shops at Belmont has up to 3,900 square feet available for lease, including a 3,850-square-foot second generation restaurant with patio, and kitchen and bar equipment.
