“Lincoln Property Company engaged Southern Culinary & Creative to conceptualize, design, build and operate a bar, restaurant, and outdoor courtyard as part of Lincoln’s innovative and iconic new Echo Street West development on the west side of Atlanta,” the company posted onto its website.

The new bar, restaurant, and outdoor courtyard will be called Westside Motor Lounge at Echo Street West. It is currently under construction and is reportedly slated to open in the summer.

Echo Street West, a 19-acre mixed-use development from real estate from Lincoln Property Company, will be located in West Midtown near the intersection of Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway and Northside Drive.

When complete, Echo Street West will reportedly span 2.4 million square feet of mixed-use space. The first phase encompasses 300,000 square feet of creative office, 50,000 square feet of retail, 3.4 acres of outdoor entertainment and gathering areas, and 300 multi-family units.

Echo Street West will first welcome its outdoor gathering spaces, which will include the restoration of several buildings into the event venue, and an open-air bar and dining experience.

What Now Atlanta could not connect with Southern Culinary & Creative Partner Elizabeth Feichter prior to publication.

  1. At first glance I thought this headline meant Regulators Motorcyle Club from the down the street was joining the development and I was shocked that they were actually including long-time neighbors…but the article makes better sense for the type of development. Will be interested to see it all play out.

  2. Finally, a real restaurant to open, that’s not Church’s chicken. K&K is great, but also have limited hours and not open for dinner, nor does it give you a pleasant dining experience; it’s a cafeteria for the most part. I’m excited to see what else comes to this development!
