“We’re continuing to expand, and we’ve had our eye on the Alpharetta/Roswell area for a long time, just trying to find the right spot,” co-owner Matt Gephardt tells What Now Atlanta. “And we really feel like this one checks all the boxes for us, so we’re really excited to be in Alpharetta and bring our offerings to that community.”

Needless to say, it should be a warm welcome, as Gephardt says many of the customers that visit the other Village Burger locations live in the area.

“We’ve had a lot of customers that go to our Dunwoody location or Johns Creek, who have said, you know, I live in Alpharetta or I live in Roswell, please bring Village Burger here! So we’re happy to be able to finally say that we’re going to do that.”

Meanwhile, Village Burger is also busy working on its forthcoming location in Woodstock, which Gephardt says should be open in the second half of April.

Village Burger first opened in Dunwoody in 2010 and has since expanded to Johns Creek, Tucker, Cumming, and Lawrenceville. Its menu burger menu features a few different patty options that can be customized with various toppings, as well as hot dogs, salads, three sandwiches, and the restaurant’s newest offering, chicken wings and tenders.

What’s more, the company positions itself as a “neighborhood restaurant,” fostering an atmosphere that is “family-friendly, community-minded and [has] great food at a fair price,” as described on its website

“Add to great food and friendly service the feeling that no matter where you’re from, you’re right at home. Welcome to Village Burger!”
