A new Total by Verizon is opening in Conyers, following a series of other locations in the area.

“We want to meet people where they are with flexible, cost-effective and reliable service options,” said Vincent Sheehan, the senior vice president of retail experience at Victra.

Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, Victra operates more than 1,500 Verizon-branded stores across the U.S.

Sheehan said Victra’s real estate team works to analyze an area’s demographic trends, the commercial and retail landscape, and foot traffic to pinpoint the best locations for their stores.

“That’s what we’re trying to do in Atlanta and around the country: provide access to Verizon’s premium network and with a premium in-store experience at an amazingly affordable price,” Sheehan said via email.

Total by Verizon is a Verizon-owned network that offers prepaid, no-contract wireless services. Customers can choose devices from Apple, Google and Samsung, or keep their own device and number. Plans start at $35 a month with autopay for a single line or $25 per line with autopay for four lines. Other devices like tablets, watches and tech accessories are also available.

The existing Total by Verizon locations can be found in Doraville at Pinetree Plaza, in Sugar Hill at Sugar Hill Station, in Marietta at East Lake Pavilion and in Stone Mountain at Mountain East Shopping Center.

“The Total by Verizon journey has only just begun,” Sheehan said. “We have seen huge momentum of growth in recent months, with several hundred more stores set to open their doors and welcome customers across the country by the end of 2024.”
