Taqueria Tsunami Now Open in Buford

Taqueria Tsunami, a Latin-Asian fusion eatery, is now open at The Exchange at Gwinnett in Buford.

The menu features a variety of hand-crafted tacos, quesadillas, bowls, salads, appetizers, desserts and specialty cocktails. Fan-favorites include Asian nachos, shrimp tempura tacos, poke tacos and the Spicy Piña Margarita, made with tequila, pineapple, agave nectar, and a chili lime salt rim. 

The 2,800-square-foot space at 2925 Buford Drive in suite 2005 features modern furniture, a bright and airy dining room, and a covered outdoor patio, all within a refreshing coastal atmosphere.

“Come experience a unique culinary adventure at Taqueria Tsunami, where Latin and Asian flavors come together seamlessly,” Sierra Tuthill, marketing director at The Exchange at Gwinnett, said in a press release. “Indulge in mouthwatering dishes made with the freshest and finest ingredients inspired by international cuisine. From hand-crafted tacos to specialty cocktails, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Join us in welcoming Taqueria Tsunami to the vibrant Buford community.” 

Tsunami Tsunami has several other locations in metro Atlanta, including in Marietta, Roswell, Peachtree Corners and at Madison Yards.

Taqueria Tsunami at The Exchange at Gwinnett is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The Exchange at Gwinnett is a 69,265-square-foot grocery-anchored property in Buford. More than 1,000 residential units, as well as approximately 465,000 square feet of retail, hotel and office space are planned for the development.
