The coffee shop is located at Larkin on Memorial at 519 Memorial Drive SE.

“We’re super-stoked about the space and neighborhood,” Philip Brown, co-owner and founder, said in a press release. “There’s an awesome outdoor area with plenty of room to sit and hang.”

PERC Grant Park serves classic coffee drinks and seasonal offerings, as well as the brand’s signature Good Times Latte (a lavender-vanilla latte with a dash of habanero). The location has a full kitchen and will serve food like the breakfast Crunchwrap, the Egg ‘n’ Chz Holla, and other PERC favorites.

“Grant Park is an awesome neighborhood and feels like a perfect fit,” said co-owner and retail director Amber Foreman, who spearheaded the project. “Folks have been super welcoming, and we’re pumped to serve everyone.”

The designs were done in-house by PERC Graphic Designer Brad Praria, and the murals were done by Chris Sturdivant.

The space was previously occupied by Full Commission.

PERC Coffee started in 2010 with a mission: “To share good times and awesome coffee with everyone we meet.” Locations can also be found in East Lake, Virginia Highland and Savannah. Another outpost is underway in Tucker.

PERC Grant Park will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
