A celebratory event for the public, dubbed Tap and Six: After Dark, will be held Saturday from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m.

“We are excited to be part of the Historic Roswell scene which has become such a great craft beer destination,” Ethan Craig, Tap and Six’s general manager, said in a prepared statement.

“Our aim is to make Tap and Six a casual and comfortable neighborhood place to try a new beer after work and on weekends, relax for a night out with friends, and bring the family for food and a soda after the kids’ games.”

Tap and Six, at 23 Oak Street, will feature 40 tap beers and 250+ canned and bottled beers that can be enjoyed on the premises or purchased for later. 64-ounce growlers and custom six-packs are also available for purchase.

On the menu will be flatbreads, cheese platters, pretzels with beer cheese dip, chili, salads, and soups.

Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
