Sweet Auburn Bottle Shop will be located at 312 Auburn Avenue, according to a liquor license application with the City of Atlanta.

The bottle shop comes from the ownership behind Anatolia Cafe & Hookah Lounge in Downtown Atlanta, an eatery featuring drinks, hookah and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Owner Omer Gungoren said Sweet Auburn Bottle Shop will hopefully open this summer.

He told What Now Atlanta in 2021 that the store was expected to feature “international sodas, craft beers, cigars… a little bit of everything.”

“We’re taking a historic building on historic Auburn Street and turning it into a boutique bottle shop,” Gungoren said at the time.
