Sugarcoat and The Skin Society will open in the Fayetteville mixed-use within walking distance of the adjacent Pinewood Atlanta Studios.
Both openings are slated for mid-2020.
The new Sugarcoat will be the fifth location for the salon and the company’s first outside the perimeter (OTP), offering nail, lashes, and waxing services.
“Pinewood Forest is the perfect place to expand our growing business,” Peiru Kim, owner of Sugarcoat, said in the release.
“We’re excited to serve the greater South Metro area and the film community at the nearby Pinewood Atlanta Studios.”
The Skin Society, a membership-based skin wellness club, has one existing location nearby.
The clinic offers services such as hydra facials, micro-needling, and cosmetic injectables, all administered through certified aestheticians, nurse practitioners, and doctors.
“Our members typically visit at least once a month to maintain healthy skin,” Katie Belle Glendye, owner of The Skin Society, said in the release.
“We’ve been following the progress at Pinewood Forest from the very beginning, and we’re looking forward to opening a new, state-of-the-art space for our patients.”
Other offerings already announced for Pinewood Forest’s Town Center include Native Beauty Bar, Apple Butter Bakery, Pancake Social’s Café + Coffee House, Honeysuckle Gelato, Hop City, and Barleygarden and Braise.
There will also be a nine-screen movie theatre slated to open in 2020.
Bill Lynch of Pace Lynch Realty and Todd Semrau of Oakhurst Realty Partners represented Pinewood Forest in both transactions, and Emily Winkle of Pace Lynch Realty represented The Skin Society.
