All-day breakfast concept will make its debut in Old Fourth Ward and then at Fayetteville mixed-use.
Pancake Social, an all-day breakfast concept planned for Ponce City Market, will also open in Pinewood Forest, the Atlanta Business Chronicle Tuesday first reported.
A Pinewood Forest spokesperson confirmed the news in an email to What Now Atlanta.
Pancake Social will open in the 234-acre mixed-use Fayetteville project in late-fall 2019.
Eight types of pancakes, ranging from savory to sweet, will be served from the 3,500-square-foot restaurant and adjoined coffee house.
Other "breakfast-focused favorites" served will include sandwiches, bowls, and juices.
There will be indoor and outdoor patio seating.
Pancake Social Pinewood Forest will be the second location for the concept, designed with an "enhanced focus" on the coffee experience for the Fayetteville outpost.
The first location was announced at Ponce City Market by the Pancake Social team earlier this summer.
The restaurant has a culinary star-studded team that includes Dan Jacobson, a former Chick-fil-A executive, Anne Quatrano of Bacchanalia, Tony Riffel, co-founder of Octane Coffee, and Steven Chan, founder and CEO of Tin Drum Asian Kitchen.
Pinewood Forest, adjacent Pinewood Studios, has 270,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
Pancake Social is one of several restaurant tenants planned for Pinewood Forest.
Honeysuckle Gelato in August announced it would open at the development late-fall 2019.
Other restaurants on tap for Pinewood Forest include Braise, a casual fine-dining concept from James Beard grant-winner Chef Tanya Jimenez, and Hop City Craft Beer & Wine and Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar, which was announced earlier this summer.
