The Cozy Cork is in the beginning stages of buildout at 2132 Britt Street. The concept aims to combine elements of a wine shop and coffee shop to create a cozy atmosphere for tasting and buying wines, along with light food pairings.

Guests will be able to sample wine flights, champagne, wine spritzers, hard kombucha and non-alcoholic “mocktails.” Flatbreads, charcuterie boards, hummus and other snacks will complement the beverages.

Specialty wines from around the world will be available to purchase, along with tools like corkscrews, decanters, wine glasses and wine preservation tools.

The shop also plans to offer a subscriber program, with participants having access to wine tastings, educational classes, personalized recommendations and special events.

The Cozy Cork will be located at The Railyard, a mixed-use destination in Grayson with restaurant and retail space. Grayson is located in Gwinnett County, northeast of Atlanta.
