A specialty wine shop is headed to a mixed-use development on Northside Drive.

According to a liquor license application with the City of Atlanta, Terroir Wine is proposed for 565 Northside Dr SW, next to The Vine Club, a wine-focused social club and restaurant under the same ownership. According to the website, The Vine Club will feature monthly tastings, chef dinners, a members-only club room and a private meeting space.

The retail shop and wine club are planned for building A at Abrams Fixtures, a multitenant commercial complex in Adair Park redeveloped by Braden Fellman Group, an Atlanta-based real estate developer. The site is southwest of Downtown Atlanta.
