Dahlia’s Restaurant & Porch, a southern-inspired eatery located inside the Hilton Atlanta Northeast hotel, is holding its grand opening on Friday, May 17, 2024.

The restaurant will offer southern-style plates with regionally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients led by Executive Chef Robert Chaffin. The menu includes braised beef short rib, fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, chicken pot pie, seafood gumbo, warm bread pudding, pecan pie and more. The beverage menu offers specialty cocktails such as the Black Dahlia and Southern Dandie. 

Dahlia’s features a full-service bar, a private dining area, a lounge area and an outdoor porch with fireplaces.

“We are excited to bring a newly renovated restaurant space, brand new porch and refreshed menu to our property,” said Mike Roling, general manager of Hilton Atlanta Northeast. “We welcome the public, both locals and hotel guests alike, to come join us for a dining experience elevated by our southern hospitality.” 

Dahlia’s will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends. Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, followed by dinner service until 10 p.m. The bar menu is available until 11 p.m.
