HOBNOB, known for its tavern fare, bourbon bar and award-winning burgers, renovated the former Paces & Vine restaurant space. The new HOBNOB features two patios, cozy interior dining, bar seating, and a private dining room for 45 guests.

Sean Yeremyan, co-founder and owner of Big Table Restaurants (which also includes Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar) has had his eye on Vinings Jubilee for a while.

“I’ve always loved this area. It’s so community-oriented, treelined, walkable and charming,” he said in the press release. “When something opened in this village, I knew it was perfect for the next HOBNOB. Our focus is always unconditional hospitality, warm welcoming spaces, and great service. Vinings has the feel of a small town even though it’s in the middle of everything. We’re only a couple miles from Truist Park, but we will definitely have the feel of the local friendly tavern where guests pop in a few nights a week to gather with good friends.”

The menu is broad and features the same favorites HOBNOB is known for including the short rib melt sandwich with provolone on a ciabatta roll, mac and cheese with a three-cheese blend, and the classic steak frites. The Vinings location also features new dishes such as:

  • Shrimp and grits
  • Fish and chips
  • Bacon pecan rainbow trout
  • Butcher’s block prime pork chop with bourbon peach gastrique
  • Springer Mountain tarragon chicken
  • Salads as well as vegetarian plates and some gluten-free options

“We literally have something for everyone in the group,” Yeremyan said.

The bourbon bar boasts about 150 bourbons and whiskeys, and the Vinings location also has the Bourbon Club, a monthly tasting club of small-batch bourbons with education and complimentary appetizers for $39. More than 10 beers on tap featuring local and national craft beers, 22 wines by the glass, and an extensive cellar as well as spirit-free mocktails round out the full-service bar.

HOBNOB Vinings also will have NFL Sunday Ticket and will feature the big games on several screens during football season.

The weekend brunch menu highlights include chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, Bloody Marys, and a variety of mimosas with different fruit juices.

HOBNOB Vinings is open for lunch and dinner, weekend brunch, late-night bar and live music on weekends. Kitchen hours are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. Check HOBNOB’s website for each location’s special events.

A sixth HOBNOB location is slated to open at The Avenue Peachtree City in early 2024.
