Culinary Dropout joins sister restaurants by Sam Fox, including Flower Child and North Italia.
“Being right in the middle of the vibrant Westside neighborhood and minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, our first Culinary Dropout location in Atlanta couldn’t be in a more perfect place,” Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, said in a press release. “We look forward to becoming a neighborhood staple and offering a fun place for all to enjoy.”
The restaurant will offer brunch, lunch and dinner. This will be the first Culinary Dropout location with a rooftop bar.
Fan-favorite items on the menu include pretzel bites and provolone fondue, 36-hour pork ribs and fried chicken drizzled with honey. Beverages include craft beers, wine and hand-made craft cocktails, such as the Playboi Stache (vanilla tea-soaked vodka, passoã passion fruit liqueur, orange oil), the El Matador (Gran Centenario Añejo, elderflower, ginger agave, orange bitters) and Campfire Vibes (100 proof bonded bourbon, chai jacked apple cider, Spanish vanilla, roasted five spice).
On opening day, the restaurant will donate 30 percent of proceeds to Agape Youth & Family Center.
Culinary Dropout will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday, 10 a.m. to midnight Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. The rooftop bar will be open Thursday through Sunday. The restaurant is now hiring for all hourly positions.
Culinary Dropout is one of 12 concepts from Fox Restaurant Concepts. Fox opened his first concept, Wildflower American Cuisine, in Tucson in 1998.
