Pavilions at Eastlake is getting a sweet new addition.
Mumtaz Vadsariya has plans to introduce SnowVille Shavery, a dessert concept, to the Kroger-anchored shopping center in October 2016.
SnowVille Shavery will specialize in shaved ice, a Taiwan-derived craft of shaved snow desserts made from natural flavors mixed with milk and water creating a soft texture different from the traditional snow cone.
The shaved ice can be garnished with toppings and sauces like fresh fruits and jellies.
SnowVille Shavery would also offer macaroon ice-cream sandwiches and bubble teas, cold teas made from bubble tea powder, chewy tapioca balls, popping boba and jelly.
The tea menu would offer flavors like kiwi, mango, strawberry, pineapple and coffee.
SnowVille Shavery would be situated in suite 17, a 1,225-square-foot space, between Bernard’s Pralines of New Orleans and Alex & Paislee.
