Slated for delivery in September 2020, the mixed-use community broke ground earlier this year, at 780 Memorial Drive SE.
“As an Atlantan, the recent growth in Reynoldstown has been fun to watch, and our team is looking forward to being a part of its continued advancement as a cultural, culinary and retail hub in the city,” Mike Greene, vice president of development at Mill Creek, said in a press release Monday.
“The new community will be walking distance from the BeltLine, King Memorial MARTA station and a number of historical attractions, and also sits just off I-20 – making anywhere in the city convenient. Its location and walkability are hard to beat.”
The five-story project will offer 320 apartment homes with studio, one-, two- and three- bedroom offerings, in addition to 18,400 square feet of retail space on street level.
The community will also be served by a 477-car, six-story parking deck and 24 surface spaces located throughout the site.
Each unit will offer “modern-style architecture and luxe interior finishes, including trend-forward quartz countertops, oversized windows to maximize natural light, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.”
Bathrooms will feature select matte black plumbing fixtures alongside backlit mirrors and floor-to-ceiling tiled showers, and living areas within each apartment will feature work nooks.
Select homes within the community will boast rooftop terraces with shade trellises, most nearing 225 square feet.
Amenities for Modera Reynoldstown residents will include a coworking lounge, sunken living room, package concierge and coffee bar on the main floor, in addition to a second-floor fitness studio, yoga room and spin mezzanine, complete with fitness-on-demand programming.
Locally sourced artwork will adorn the walls of the community, ranging from custom murals to commissioned pieces from artists from or based in East Atlanta.
There will also be a second-floor club lounge, complete with a hidden speakeasy located behind a pivot door, covered patio with a movie wall, and wrap-around patio overlooking the nearby Atlanta Dairies development.
On the outdoor patio will be bocce and shuffleboard areas, a 100-foot dog run and a bar upcycled from a shipping container.
Upstairs, a sixth-floor Sky Lounge will feature a pool with cabanas, grilling and dining nooks, and indoor and outdoor bars for resident use.
Modera Reynoldstown joins current Atlanta communities by the same name in Midtown, Sandy Springs and Vinings with two separate development communities under construction in Buckhead on Peachtree and Lenox Roads.
