A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta Monday to develop the land where the apartment tower will be housed.

An estimated $1,174,646 will be spent readying the land for the 356-unit project above seven levels of fully-enclosed parking, according to the application.

The tower, at the northwest corner of 11th Street and Peachtree Walk over an existing MARTA tunnel, will boast a rooftop pool and “skylounge” and an eighth floor landscaped amenity terrace and club room.

  1. I assume this means the Southwest corner of 11th Street and Peachtree Walk ? There’s already a building on the other 3 corners.

  2. To be adjacent to the back corner / deck of the existing “millennium in midtown” office tower built at the of the turn of the millennium, it would have to be that large empty lot on the SW corner. Hopefully they pick a new name for the building as to not confuse people.
